Jim earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Columbia University School of Business. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.

Mike has over a decade of TMT investment banking experience from TAP Advisors, Barclays Capital and Bank of America.
Mike holds a B.S. from Florida State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mark has over 25 years investment banking experience from Salomon Brothers and Citigroup where he was Head of the North American Technology Group, and most recently at Arma Partners. He has been involved in over a hundred transactions, raising over $50 billion of capital and advising on over $100 billion of mergers and acquisitions across the technology landscape.
Mark holds an MBA from The Richard Ivey School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario.

Fehmi has over 35 years of capital markets and M&A experience. Mostly recently he served as the Vice Chairman of the Global TMT Investment Banking Group for BofA Merrill Lynch. Previously, he led Macquarie Capital's Global TMT Investment Banking and Principal Investing Practice. In addition, he was Vice Chairman and Co-Founder of the Foros Group, where he led the firm’s Media and Communication Advisory Practice. He has also served as Vice Chairman of Global TMT at Deutsche Bank and Head of Media/Communications at Citigroup.
Fehmi currently sits on the board of Athene Holding, a leading retirement services company with over $100B in assets.
Fehmi has a BBA and MBA from Texas Christian University.
Billy has over 25 years of experience in TMT investment banking, corporate development and strategy. He was a managing director at Goldman Sachs’s TMT investment banking group advising clients and executing mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings. At Macquarie Capital, Billy was Head of Telecom Investment and Merchant banking for North America. Most recently, Billy was EVP at Sterling Talent Solutions—a Goldman Sachs-portfolio company—where he was Head of Strategy, Corporate Development and M&A, and led acquired businesses.
Billy holds an MBA (honors) from Harvard Business School, and a BSE (summa cum laude) in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He’s fluent in Spanish.
Jeanna has over a decade of investment banking experience from UBS, Evercore, CITICS and Arma Partners, with a focus on cross-border M&A in the TMT sector. Jeanna has advised over $15 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions throughout North America, Europe and APAC. She has held technical roles at the MIT Media Lab and the Mayo Medical School Cancer Department. She is an angel investor in technology/media, and sometimes moonlights as a web developer.

Cameron has over 8 years of transaction advisory and accounting experience that spans a wide array of industries, including software / technology, consumer markets, manufacturing, and healthcare / life sciences. Prior to CDX, Cameron was a Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory Practice, where he led and coordinated domestic and cross-border due diligence assistance services for strategics and financial sponsors.
Cameron holds a MS & BBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in the state of Texas.
Eric has 5+ years of transaction advisory and consulting experience advising companies across the technology, media and consumer retail fields. Eric was previously at PwC and Shumway Capital, and most recently helped launch the outsourced CFO and capital raise advisory group for a national professional services firm.
Eric graduated cum laude with a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
Rhody started his investment banking career at Pursuit Advisory, where he assisted and advised on over $10 billion in capital raising and M&A. Rhody holds a BS in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
Tucker started his investment banking career at CDX Advisors in 2020. Tucker graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics and a minor in Chinese from Kenyon College.
John started his career on the cross-asset derivatives desk at Société Générale where he assisted in the engineering, marketing, and sales of a variety of structured notes to institutional investors. John holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College.
Jon Murray previously practiced M&A and securities law in the New York and London offices of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he advised on transactions, regulatory matters, and special situations in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, and alternative energy.

Bridget Valdemira has 20 years of accounting experience at Fiduciary Trust, Franklin Templeton, and Lazard Capital Markets. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola University Maryland and an MBA from Fordham University.

Grace began her career in finance at Houlihan Lokey in 2017, where she worked as an Executive Administrator until joining the CDX team in June 2020. Prior to HL, she worked at Sprinkles Cupcakes as General Manager, where she also oversaw Florida production for Disney and Tampa. Grace holds a BA in Psychology from The University of North Texas.
